PokéSurvivor shiny odds and collection

Shiny Pokémon are rare, differently colored versions. In PokéSurvivor almost all 966 Pokémon have a shiny form, with real sprites.

How to get them

Regional gacha	1/100 · 1%	After the pull selects a Pokémon with shiny art.	The pull adds the shiny to your collection.
Legendary rift	1/512 · 0.1953%	A rift selects an eligible legendary.	Defeat that shiny rift boss.

A Pokémon needs an available shiny sprite for the roll to produce its shiny form. A rift chance applies when a legendary is selected, not every second of a run.
Seeing a shiny does not collect it: wild and rift shinies must be defeated. Sign in to preserve the collection in your cloud save.
If a gacha shiny is already owned, a missing shiny in the same rarity pool is chosen. If that pool has no missing shinies, the result is normal; duplicate normal Pokémon refund coins.
Select an owned shiny in your collection to use its appearance. Repeated attempts do not guarantee a shiny.
